Kyle, therapy can help you with anger management. It's much more fun to laugh, and very therapeutic, than walking around angry all the time. You could also live longer. Watch a funny movie. Or read a funny book. Volunteer at a dog/cat shelter or a food kitchen.

I live in the East Valley.Until trump began destroying our country our streets were full of Canadian snowbirds.They're mostly retired and in no hurry to get anywhere, so driving 15 MPH in a 45 MPH zone, in rush hour traffic, making a left turn from a far right lane, and on and on...problems.UGH 🤣

I am fortunate enough to hold dual US/Canadian citizenship, but I don't wave either flag. Both countries have asshole politicians on both sides of the aisle. I love Canada and many Canadians, but I also think you have much too high of an opinion of ALL of your countrymen.

For the most part, Democrats are like most Canadians. Nice. We play nice and expect everyone else to do the same. After lifetimes of being nice it is difficult to wrap our heads around the evilness of most Republican politicians. We're angry, but it's still difficult to be as horrible as them.
