Despite some references to Harry Potter that I genuinely wish weren't there, Lanterns is a show that reminds me that a superhero property can still be about something without having to succumb to the bombastic third act structure. I'm glad this show exists and I can't wait to see Hal and John again.

Just got back from seeing Forgotten Island. That movie was so incredibly good. Beautifully animated, brimming with charm, and sincerely emotional. I was genuinely sobbing by the end. I'm so happy I saw this movie. It was beautifully human. I'll never forget it. GO SEE THIS MOVIE NOW!!!

Ray Gunn has officially shot up to my most anticipated movie of 2026. A true blue noir story from Brad Bird sounds like a long time coming. Hate that Skydance is producing it though, but like Swapped before it, I'm going to give it a chance. At least I don't have to pay them to watch it.

Just finished Marvel's Wolverine. I think it's a solid game. Not great, and definitely not worth $70, but a solid $30-$40 hack and slash game with some solid performances, fun lore bits, decent story and cathartic, but repetitive gameplay. 7/10

One of the biggest highlights of Marvel's Wolverine are the performances. More specifically from Liam McIntyre as Logan/Wolverine. He manages to capture the character's anger and loneliness of Logan while showing me why this version of the character would fit so well in Charles' school as a mentor.

I feel bad for Korra in the Avatar series. Some of the fanbase hates her, she gets brutally beaten and paralyzed in her own show, and now is branded as a villain in Seven Havens. It sucks that she gets treated like a punching bag, hopefully Seven Havens can convince people to like her again.

He is a fantastic man who loves our Country, and feels strongly about the Motion Picture and Television Industry. He hates what’s happened to it! It is being dissipated in its entirety. It has moved to Canada, and other Countries, with very little work being done anymore in the United States. Hollywood is a Complete and Total Disaster! Despite the name, it is getting very little work. There is no incentive to be there, and it is hurting California very badly. Jon, and many others in the Industry, are suggesting we do Federal Tax Incentives in order to Make our Movie and Television Production Business GREAT AGAIN, perhaps GREATER THAN EVER BEFORE!
