I've finally succeeded in converting Xenospore to #Godotengine 4 It was a big challenge as the game relied on things that were changed completely in 4.0 Now I can stop fighting the older version and just focus on development. I've already made huge improvements to the UI!

Glad to hear! Yeah, it's very much inspired by ITB, but it plays a lot differently! This game is more puzzley and it's about strategically destroying tiles and preventing the spread of the Xenospore! There's no mechs haha

Yeah, it does feel a bit extra tbh, but with the new mechanics I added (haven't shown those yet!) visual clutter is a real problem! Also it can be hard not to obsess a bit about the small details haha I'll keep that in mind.🫡

Oh, I knew this question would come up😂 It's cool! I don't develop both at the same time. I needed a breather after a huge refactor for Xenospore, so I'm doing some fun easy and stuff for the alien game. I'm just catching up with posting Xenospore's progress now 😅 Xenospore is still 1st priority!

Yeah, I might reuse it. The reasoning behind the redraw is that I want it to be more clear that it's nuclear because when the Xenospore catches up it evolves into a mutated version
