🎉First solo flight completed 🎉 Arjun was a mentee with us last year, and successfully secured a place on the easyJet MPL scheme; last week they flew solo for the first time! This is such an exciting milestone on the journey to commercial pilot, and we're so proud of them 🙌

Aviation in Reach were at Farnborough 2026 as part of the Pioneers of Tomorrow day. Mentor Tara & Trustee Katy supported the free mentoring session, speaking to young women considering aviation careers. They're both hopeful that they helped encourage some of them to pursue a career in aviation!

Last week, we visited RAF Odiham with some of our mentees & mentors. Not only did they get to experience a Chinook sim, visit the tower & explore some of the aircraft based there...they got to see that they belong in this industry. These photos are why we keep pushing for a more diverse industry.
