Luckily, the set of 19th century heads-of-state who contributed to geometry is still non-empty, thanks to James Garfield: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Garfiel...

This is the Dragonfly spacecraft, ultimately destined for Titan, photographed in July during early construction at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. The mission PI, Zibi Turtle, shared this image at the OPAG meeting today. Credit: NASA/JHU APL/Zibi Turtle

99% of C++ standardization committees stop right before they design the perfect language feature that everyone will immediately adopt. Maybe C++29 will be the one...

Can you ask your questionably intelligent cats what I should have for dinner? I don't have cats of my own and so I need advice.

It's almost always just one question on the clip too. So they might ask people a bunch of random questions and take the one where they have a momentary lapse and make a silly mistake. Given they cut right after the answer a lot, some of these people may have immediately corrected themselves too.

If you need to clean up space to install League, try running `head -c 1099511627776 /dev/urandom > ~/.extra_space`. Please do this right before you try to install League. It's for the best.

A silver lining from the Navier-Stokes OpenAI/Buckmaster+Apolge drama: maybe the cranks will stop using AI to develop their "theories" out of paranoia, and we'll return back to the good ol' days of human-written garbage crankery. Cranks used to have character! Now they all sound exactly same.

accounts.google.com/signin/recov... If haven't tried this form yet, this is worth trying. It'll ask for stuff like the recovery email/phone and password - put in the most recent values that you set even though they're now changed. This is where being on a recognizable personal device applies

Monopoly features 2d6 dice rolls, makes heavy use of metanarrative currencies, is tailored heavily to emulate a specific genre (ruthless capitalism) and encourages emergent character-driven conflicts and narratives. Therefore, Monopoly is a PbtA game.

Does this mean φ(p_i) and φ(q_i) can't be exponentiated to get the Weyl relations because the the Stone-Von Neumann theorem would apply otherwise? My intuition is that would mean the above representations are unitarily equivalent, which could be turned into an inverse for φ. Is that right?

Unfortunately DFW is nowhere near walkable enough to do that. You'd still need to cross two 8-lane highways or something

A watched pot never boils. The water inside does, of course, but a large percentage of stoves are not hot enough to boil metal. And if your stove is hot enough to vaporize pots, then you probably should avert your eyes.

Sometimes, TCP packets get lost in transmission. TCP accounts for this, simply retransmitting the data. But have you ever wondered where the originals end up? It turns out, these packets without a home get routed to a weird place between places. A strange address only known as THE ACKROOMS.
