Trump imposes tariffs: 25% on Mexico and Canada, but just 10% on China. Why the disparity? With China being the larger economic competitor, shouldn’t the tariffs reflect that? #trump #tarrifs #tradewar

It's becoming increasingly obvious that the TikTok ban isn't about security—it's about transferring control of one of the world's largest social platforms into US hands. Follow the money, not the headlines. #tiktokban #tiktok

In today’s fast-paced world, there’s a growing expectation for immediate results. Years of instability and broken promises have left people impatient and cynical. It’s a tough cycle to break – trust needs to be earned, but that requires time and space, which many aren’t willing to give anymore.

A stark reminder of the cost of chasing illusions sold on false promises. The question now is how we navigate the consequences and rebuild a stronger, more connected future?

The world is 700% richer than in 1970 but the average person is only 8% richer. Because the richest 0.01% are 4000% richer. We are all being robbed every second of every day, and it doesn't matter how much profit or growth there is. It will never reach you.

Times article: Johnson blames Church for Britain's obesity crisis
Steven Swinford Political Editor
Boris Johnson has blamed the Church of England for Britain's obesity crisis, saying that its failure to provide the
"spiritual sustenance" that people need is leading them to "gorge themselves".
The former prime minister said that when he was younger it was "very rare for there to be a fatso in the class. Now they're all fatsos, and I'd be shot for saying they're fatsos, but it's the truth" He criticised the Most Rev Justin Welby and other religious leaders for rather than addressing propies spis tual needs".
Johnson was one of three former prime ministers who were interviewed by Henry Dimbleby, the businessman and author of the National Food Strate-gy, and Dolly van Tulleken, a public health expert. Absolutely. Redundancy isn’t waste; it’s resilience. Whether it’s systems, workflows, or infrastructure, having a backup isn’t overkill—it’s what keeps everything running when the unexpected happens. #Redundancy #Resilience"
