Yep. My friend has low vision and can’t drive, so she must live somewhere with robust, reliable public transit. It limits her greatly to areas in or near cities and of course those are more expensive areas to live

Side note, this reminded me of something I heard once about places like Starbucks that have you pay through putting money on their app. Sort of same deal, you put $25 on but only use $9, they take $16 and invest and make money on your cash sitting there. Stopped paying through the app after that.

Yes!!! The guy tried so hard to sell me on a “no interest” plan and essentially said i was dumb bc i could take the cash and invest it and make money on it while paying on the loan. I still said no and he was angry and puzzled but I owned my asset free and clear 🤷🏻‍♀️

While I wouldn’t say we should eat only a diet of processed foods, seems the research says genetics are a better predictor of longevity than diet anyway. My grandparents lived into their 90s on a combo of food they grew and things like bologna & jello. Lots of coffee and ice cream, too. Live it up!
