'Neurodivergent' is a useful umbrella term to describe ppl who's processing doesn't fit the neuromajority. But using it atm resources are being provided misses nuances in support needs. Those who want labels dropped use it so they don't have to say autism/ADHD. Hijacking the neurodiversity movement🙄

If ICBs can leave autistic people and ADHDers on 2 year wait lists while relying on ND labour to improve their services, it's time to withdraw that labour.ICBs have a legal duty to involve patients. We have no obligation to keep giving our expertise when that involvement compromises our own health.
