Genuinely a bit fucked up, especially since the option is only “delay” and not “stop”. What if, even after the delay, these things aren’t fixed in your location?

It's important to know that some healthcare alarms (e.g. emergency response alarm), medical pendants (e.g. wearable fall detection device) and security systems (e.g. burglar alarm) won't work with Digital Voice.
Please contact us if you use any of these devices, and also speak to your equipment provider (s) to ensure your device(s) still work when you switch.
Do I need a new broadband router?
Your new Digital Voice service is compatible with your existing broadband router, so there is no need to replace it. Please continue using your current router.
What if there's a power outage?
If there's a power cut or your broadband's down, you won't be able to make calls using Digital Voice, including 999 calls. You could still use a mobile, which you should always keep charged. But, if you don't have a mobile or are in an area with no mobile signal, please contact us.

This is such a good idea - I was handed one of these on entering Ayr Tesco, and my aunt was handed the other. So different people get different short lists of stuff they can donate.
