This is Goat Island, behind the trees there in the Annapolis River Basin. I wrote a story that takes place there recently. The interesting thing about it that there is no bridge or docks on it. You can only get there by small boat (or swimming a long way)

Washed yesterday’s eggs for today’s breakfast. Even with the cold, the girls are laying more now as the days get longer. I found that at about -8c or colder, I can open the coop door but they wont go outside. They just peek their heads out and say, “nope” and head back inside the barn.
