Tonight, @thejewker.bsky.social and I are playing the last of the canon Yolkfolk games. It's time for the *2020* Oliver Twins' game "Wonderful Dizzy" for the ZX Spectrum. twitch.tv/authorblues

The title screen for Wonderful Dizzy, a ZX Spectrum game in the DIzzy series that inexplicably came out in 2020. The title screen is colorful and features characters seemingly out of The Wizard of Oz, but styled like Dizzy, an anthropomorphic egg. I'm not sure which genie granted the wish that led to this game releasing, but certainly there were more pressing matters to wish for. Options on the table are world peace, solving hunger, curing cancer, or the release of the yet-unannounced La-Mulana 3.

This repository holds the cipher in two media, both driven by the same 0–1000 reveal dial: a font you read with your eyes and an audio sibling you decode with your ears. Each is legible to a human and illegible to a machine. The font scatters its letters until the dial brings them into focus; the audio ships a spoken message scrambled into noise that resolves into a voice only at a hidden point on the dial. One cipher, one control — one for seeing, one for hearing.
