I very much love Hamburger Shonen as a term for American attempts at anime.

Hamburger Shonen being come up with by an account named pissvortex, then perfected by showing examples like Teen Titans, ATLA, and that one Thundercats adaptation.

Sorry, I meant to specify the author, Hirohiko Araki. :)) That model's roughly based on his earlier style; you can kinda see what I mean here:

Van Gogh cuts me open so much man. If it wasn't for his family caring about him and his work, no one would have known about him. He deserves much better than this.

David Lynch quote: "I don't think it was pain that made [Vincent Van Gogh] great- I thinm his painting brought him whatever happiness he had."

Who was your first anime crush? Mine was also Hinata (I really like kindness), but since she was taken, I went to my first manga crush: Tamamura Tamao from Shaman King! She was an artist, super shy, and I really admired how pure her feelings were. She gets tough later, from what I understand. :))

This is one of my favorite pictures I took in Osaka. It's literally just a building there.

A colorful building in Osaka. Many cartoon characters drawn in a simplistic style decorate it.

Nice label they put on you here. It's a shame it doesn't extend the other way when they talk about how much they hate everyone else, including other Christians.

nda's comment on evangelicals being dangerous is labeled as intolerant.
