Well, thats what the propaganda shows. When they ask for money, it's always with pics. Pics with kids. And what surprises me the most, is they always wear clean and nice clothes. Poor kids in tents without water, electricity, food but clothes look like the have a laundry service.

Its hard to know what their lives are like in gaza what with only Israeli journalists allowed in the area and an unprecedented amount of Palestinian journalists being murdered, what little that does come out of gaza shows mainly rubble so I doubt the kids would be clean.
