Got a new M4 Macbook Pro and somehow I have Python chewing up 100 GB in one process and 30 GB in another and the machine is just super happy, smooth as silk. Getting a bit hot doing some kind of neural network prediction stuff, but sailing through! (Would be faster if it wasn't swapping at all...)

I've been working on making cloud-free mosaics over the Pacific, and while it's been pretty complex and frustrating between metadata, data, kubernetes, proxies and web services... it's quite satisfying and often very pretty!
