Looks like full episodes are on YouTube (probably not legally but that’s between the uploader and Antena 3) And yeah, Spanish version is set in 1977 rather than 1973 in order for it to be after Franco (but not much)

It was canceled after one season but they shot two versions of the season finale - one if they get a season 2 and another wrapping up the show. I imagine the ending is probably closer to the British version than the American one, but haven’t seen it yet.
