I've been asked a few times how to tone in CSP the less-easy way (not using screen filter). The advantage of this method is that everything is EXTREMELY customizable with the right layer organization.
This is more of a "menu explainer" than a true guide, but it may help!

![Kakania: Isolde?!
[How did she-?]
Kakania: ?
[I can't hear her]
Isolde seems to be speaking but Kakania can't hear her
[Is she... an illusion?]
[But who...?]

![Kakania visibly in pain, holding her head
[Ugh! this headache. Is it my arcane skill?]
[I need to calm down]
Kakania: ?!
*Isolde's hand slowly creeping on Kakania's jacket*
Isolde is straightening her jacket while Kakania stands silently
[You're still here. I can't feel your touch, yet... there's a phantom of your warmth]
