This episode was so damn good, and it showed an absolutely WONDERFUL dichotomy between Sisko's hard, unflinching dedication to Star Fleet and protecting the Alpha Quadrant, but also Garak's grey and twisted moral code, and ability to get the results Sisko needs. It's one of my favorite episodes ever
