This experiment was to test if I get the same result as before even under slightly altered conditions. And it turns out: yes. This means, my results are less likely to be an artefact (aka: I am not just lucky in my kitchen at home) but I actually have reliable observation (a recipe that works).

I was a bit nervous about this final replication experiment, but it turns out I’m finishing my lab work on a high note. It’s the smoothest experiment I’ve had during my entire PhD, and we now have more samples than necessary with clearly reproduced results and statistical significance 🥳

"Nein heißt Nein" ist unzureichend, weil es 1. mehr Überwindung kostet (und manchmal auch akut gefährlicher sein kann) ein Nein zum Ausdruck zu bringen und 2. "Nein, damit fühle ich mich unwohl" viel zu oft als Beginn einer Verhandlung von Grenzen und nicht als Ende von Handlungen begriffen wird.
