I wish people would stop throwing around the term “trauma bond.” Do y’all know what that means? 😭
It’s not connecting with someone over similar traumas.
It’s the unhealthy bond that develops between abuser and victim, akin to Stockholm syndrome.
Internet psych speak will be the death of me.
