But wait! They've updated it, because they forgot to also blame second-hand lorry purchasers for lack of growth.
Highlighted text reads:
That means scrapping the need for people to queue at the local council to register the death of a loved one, and doing away with the need to post an advert in your local paper if you want to buy a lorry -- getting in the way of growth.

Very welcome indeed. Although this bit makes it sound like bereaved queuers have been getting in the way of growth.

It will do away with insensitive and antiquated processes that have been holding this country back for too long. That means scrapping the need for people to queue at the local council to register the death of a loved one -- getting in the way of growth.

Being a non-runner, I'm not sure what a technical hill is, nor your definition of "around London", but these steps in Leigh-on-Sea are popular with runners and scenes-from-Rocky re-enactment societies alike.
A steep and very long set of concrete steps viewed from the bottom. They disappear into the distance, emphasising just how long and steep they are. There are railings on either side, with a tall fir tree dominating the scene about halfway up. The sky is blue, it looks like it was a nice warm sunny day.

I had high hopes of my first ever Bluesky post somehow poetically mirroring my first ever tweet, so eagerly delved back into my now-dormant account to discover what pearls of wisdom I leapt onto the scene with. To quote the Man in Black: get used to disappointment.
Screenshot of my first tweet, from 20 January 2012, 6.16pm: "Saw more diamonds that I've ever seen in one place today at the V&A Museum #GetSherlock"
