When a robot creates the most poorly constructed roster possible … . Leadership, chemistry, and roster dynamics matter more than a robot is capable of understanding. Imagine not grasping Bergman’s impact on Story, Anthony, Meyer, and the roster generally, beyond his personal stats.

Sad to see. This was my go to theater in college. As much as I love going to the theater, the industry needs to change. It’s not worth $100+ to go to the movies with a family of 4. If a family of 4, could go to a movie w/snacks for $60 or <, they’d be competitive again.

Fanatic episode!! Really great breakdown of the villains land situation. Great explanation of how a profit focus can drive quality. I’m a big believer that price is not the problem, its value. When Disney is at its best, it feels worth it, no matter the price.

It’s sad that a SC Justice feels the need to include such a basic explanation of our form of government and connect it with the circumstances of our nation’s founding. This isn’t a nuanced legal take or a policy dispute, this is middle school level civics.

She crushed it and knew it! As a New Englander, one of the most jarring parts of moving outside New England is the horror folks express over use of the f word. In New England, the word is generally appropriate in both church and school.

It makes so much sense why Breslow hasn’t been fired, given the comments. If Bregman wanted to be here, he’d be here is so disingenuous and lacking accountability, it’s wild.

Agreed. The use of the word “old” is odd. It’s been one season, as a rookie, with an injury and playing alongside another rookie that had an injury. If he shows minimal improvement next year, I would understand the frustration, but I wouldn’t want to play for a coach that quit on Campbell year 1 …

They are at LT r Us, in aisle three, oh wait … . Although I’m confident the rookies will get better in year 2, adding to oline depth in the draft or free agency is not crazy, but not spending to keep Gonzo is a wild take. Let’s get significantly worse on D to get marginally better on offense.

Draft a QB in the fourth round or later that has great pocket awareness and football IQ to protect against Maye never developing either.
021
aswarm.bsky.social @aswarm.bsky.social · 09/02/2026
Doesn’t this feel like what they did with the rotation last year? Create depth and hope to hit with someone. The more moves they make, the more annoyed I am that this could have been avoided by having the humility and interpersonal skills to deal with the Bregman situation.

aswarm.bsky.social @aswarm.bsky.social · 09/02/2026
The shoulder had nothing to do with his poor pocket awareness or decision making.
000
aswarm.bsky.social @aswarm.bsky.social · 09/02/2026
Not a great game plan for sure but honestly I’m more disappointed that Maye looked confused and rattled at all times. He seems to only know how to throw it deep and regressed in his pocket awareness and movement.
020
aswarm.bsky.social @aswarm.bsky.social · 09/02/2026
Its an overreaction to make these assessments now. Hes a rookie LT on the same side as a rookie LG in front of a QB with terrible pocket awareness, poor pressure recognition, and propensity to throw deep. I’d say Maye is my biggest concern after that game, not Campbell.
120
aswarm.bsky.social @aswarm.bsky.social · 09/02/2026
Very true, that’s why the Milton Williams move was so critical. This reality has me concerned with maye’s propensity to hold the ball for the big play. I loved Bledsoe but even a mobile Drew Bledsoe, which Maye shows signs of, will struggle against a good front four.
010
aswarm.bsky.social @aswarm.bsky.social · 09/02/2026
What concerns me most is can Maye figure out pocket awareness, pre-snap reads, and the decision making element? He consistently looks lost and makes poor decisions, but would bail himself out with a big throw. I’m hopeful it’s a lack of experience and not something he can’t grow out of.
000
aswarm.bsky.social @aswarm.bsky.social · 09/02/2026
I mean that’s how the giants beat the undefeated patriots in the superbowl. You can’t drop back and throw the ball deep when four guys can get pressure, even if you have Brady and moss, so …
110
aswarm.bsky.social @aswarm.bsky.social · 09/02/2026
Honestly, as a Pats fan, besides their Dfense, they weren’t a Super Bowl caliber team. Maye is a perfect example of stats don’t matter for a QB, it’s putting the team in a position to win every play. I hope his poor pocket presence and decision making are caused by his inexperience, not who he is.
000
aswarm.bsky.social @aswarm.bsky.social · 09/02/2026
He had been making bad decisions all seasons because he lacked pocket awareness and cant get the ball out. He was bailed out by making a few big plays and the defense playing out of its mind. I hated the completion % talk because it’s a sign of his weakness, not knowing when to throw it away.

Not sure what level you competed at or if you served but my question was always, can I make it worse? If the answer was no, I’m a go. I’m sure she had a similar conversation. One could argue it’s foolish for anyone to go down a hill at that speed. It’s always a risk.

Her choosing to go down that hill with a torn ACL, especially at this point in her career, and compete on the biggest stage requires a level of toughness and resiliency most folks can’t comprehend. She showed the world to always get back up, no matter how many times you’re knocked down.

As much as I hate to say it, the best move is not to make one, if the astros want Abreu. I don’t understand how Breslow can keep his job after putting the Sox in the situation where the best move is not to compete this year.

aswarm.bsky.social @aswarm.bsky.social · 04/02/2026
Folks that have concerns with the future of this o-line, don’t understand how impressive this is and how much better both will be next year. I’m a big believe in always adding big man depth on both sides of the ball but the future is bright, as is.
