going to pretend i didn't forget about my account for half a year and continue posting characters now thanks #art #oc

Part 1. This is Nyuki. She's doing a number of things here.

Part 2: Mavi and Delta. Nyuki blew up, sadly.

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 11/03/2026

wanted to try drawing my goobers in a flipnote studio sort of vibe #art #oc

OCs: Nyuki (left) and Vianda (right).
I wanted to draw them together because I felt like Nyuki was the "kiki" catgirl to Vianda's "bouba" catgirl. It kind of gets lost in this style where things look better pointy though...

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 05/12/2025

the princess of doom and her cartoon violence #art #oc

Mavi beating up Delta in comical ways or being otherwise very conspicuous. Violence is her middle name and Mischief is her friend. Only one of those is true.

0152

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 05/12/2025

aint no way we got the princess of doom delivering pizzas #art #oc

Mavi in some sort of work fit on a scooter, delivering pizza. On the right, she has sacrificed her scooter to present the box! The art on the box is accurate, you can probably only fit one slice in there. Yes, it is essential that she wears the crown AND the visor hat.

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 04/12/2025

I'VE BEEN SUMMONED!!! i will submit my oc Mavi for funsies! I was looking for more reference images of her but i haven't really drawn her with her recent hair enough so oh well :P

Mavi Aimpendoum, the Princess of Doom! She is very evil you know.

010

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 21/09/2025

alright gang here's the LAST piece of the Vianda doodle batch! i drew her with Mavi this time! i would have drawn more but i've been swamped with college this week :P #art #oc

Mavi and Vianda! The scene on the right is them playing some take on baseball. Vianda doesn't know that Mavi's magic explodes and I am afraid this catgirl will find out the hard way.

091

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 20/09/2025

i have split her into a bajillion pieces, they will spread throughout the entire galaxy #art #oc

The catgirl Vianda has been shrunk and there are many of her.

082

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 19/09/2025

ALMOST forgot to post more catgirl shenanigan doodles today oops :P #art #oc

Vianda on more adventures. On the left, she and Nyuki ignore a lecture from Nyoro. On the right, she receives a lift from Snark. I have a lot of cat characters.

082

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 17/09/2025

today's batch of catgirl friendship doodles :3 #art #oc

More doodles of Vianda! She's with more of my characters again. On the left is Lockston. The middle is Ultra Maroon. The right is Entus.

071

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 17/09/2025

100% recency bias here but i present my silly creature to you i don't know nothin' about poses though, i'd need to give that more thought :P

110

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 16/09/2025

she's everywhere. many deliveries ahead. more Vianda as usual! i've got like 9-10 doodle sheets of this character, you WILL be seeing more of her this week #art #oc

Even more doodles featuring Vianda (catgirl!) This time she's with Astu (right) and Bstu (left). Astu and Bstu are absolutely NOT the same mascot representative character. Definitely not. On a side note... I literally never draw Astu? Isn't that weird since his face is the first impression anyone has of me?

081

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 15/09/2025

Vianda continues to make friends! she will never stop, not ever #art #oc

Vianda (the catgirl) befriending my characters Harvek (left) and Nadel (right). She imitates one of Harvek's underlings and plays with Nadel's portals.

071

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 14/09/2025

Vianda makes a fishy friend! trust me this only the tip of the hyperfixation iceberg we've still got a lot of this catgirl to go #art #oc

A couple things going on here. Top left, she's wearing a suit of armor to befriend a knight (our POV). Bottom left, she's saluting the flag of Clowdiland, her home. Middle, she's posing with Tunar Yellowfin, one of my characters. Bottom right, she's... WOOO

0204

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 14/09/2025

the Vianda doodle-posting begins! she's on a mission to befriend everyone! #art #oc

The catgirl Vianda engaging with some of my own characters. Left to right. She hugs Nyuki while Chief laughs. She matches Mana's peculiar face. She offers Isada some flowers (his favorite).

063

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 14/09/2025

introducing the world to my catgirl character Vianda because i've been drawing her like a lunatic the past day or two and will be posting her a lot in the coming days #art #oc

Vianda, cat-bassador of Clowdiland! Also, her assistant CDA (Clowdiland Digital Assistant) 6369! She travels the cosmos in a spaceship, making friends wherever she can.

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 10/09/2025

another day of not being able to draw much... such is the nature of the weekday! here are some quick doodles of the gang :3 #art #oc

Delta (idiot hair blue jacket), Nyuki (catgirl green cloak), and Yoo the Crustaceomancer (self explanatory) doodled crudely.

182

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 08/09/2025

probably not able to draw today so much (BECAUSE I'M SCHEMING), so here are some older doodles! because i never ever post i have a big reserve of drawings to make up for my downtime #art #oc

On the left, Nyuki sleeps On the right, Delta and Nyuki dressed to impress!

0133

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 08/09/2025

felt silly, made a comic mockup cover! what adventures might our party go on? maybe one day soon i'll follow through with the rest of it :P #art #oc

Mesia: The Adventure! Has a nice ring to it, doesn't it? Delta is the one in the blue jacket. Nyuki's the catgirl in the green cloak. Yoo the Crustaceomancer is the one in the red armor.

1175

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 07/09/2025

catgirl assassin and catgirl thief, rivalry as old as time #art #oc

Miss Chief (the one with the hat) and Nyuki (the one with the cloak) being rivals and doing rival things.

062

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 07/09/2025

i present MORE Nyuki doodles, now in lemon, lime and pineapple varieties #art #oc

From left to right: Nyuki in a pineapple, Nyuki throwing her knives (green), and Nyuki approaching (yellow).

0204

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 06/09/2025

the village is saved, but she's not happy about it...

Nyuki giving you her best impression of a bell.

011

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 06/09/2025

alternate outfit, again! this time, Nyuki! #art #oc

Nyuki in a suit... or a dress? Both? Whatever the case, she's not terribly fond of it.

1123

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 05/09/2025

it was too hot out today, i couldn't focus on anything else to draw 😭

From left to right: Nyuki (catgirl) sitting in a fridge, Mavi casting a cold spell on the party, and the many temperature-protective features included in Delta

142

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 05/09/2025

I will start posting my doodle sheets here! This is yesterday’s sheet. Cat.

Doodles of a very simple black cat and some of my character, Nyuki. Delta is there too.

052

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 13/07/2025

kinoko from kyanta 2 is honestly one of my favorite fighting characters ever, oh so silly

Kinoko from Ultra Fight Da ! Kyanta 2. She is saying "WE ARE KINOKO," which is one of the two lines she can say in her in-game taunt.

23115

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 11/07/2025

half of my posts are me drawing my characters in the most oversimplified goofyass way possible and honestly i'm gonna try to keep it that way

This character is named "Snark" and he... uhm idk

132

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 10/07/2025

i'm gonna try to post on here more often again, so here's Mavi in an alternate outfit i was messing around with!

Mavi! I guess the idea was "exaggerate the sleeves instead of the skirt" so now it's small and the sleeves are big. I also enjoy messing with her wing ponytail hair.

132

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 09/07/2025

"where have you been for artfight?" "when will you post on bluesky again?" well you see i got distracted by a story idea someone started me on where my characters time travel to the 13 colonies to start the american revolution, and i kind of waaay over-committed to it :P

A movie-style poster. The characters of mine that I've featured are Delta, Nyuki, Yoo, Chief, Mavi, and Nadel. George Washington and a shadowy figure meant to resemble King George III are also present, as they are both relevant characters in the thing I wrote. I'm not sure if I'll post that thing publicly. This entire week has been a dive into absurdity for me.

022

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 03/07/2025

fights artistically i will be doing artfight this year! huzzah! i'm late because i got caught up making reference sheets. bleh. artfight.net/~Astusomething

Astusomething's Artfight card. Featured are his characters, from left to right: Delta, Nyuki, Yoo the Crustaceomancer, Miss Chief, and Mavi. He says he only has human characters, but he is a dirty liar because I trust you can see the giant blue-and-yellow character on this image. That is not a human. Do not believe what this man tells you.

120

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 23/03/2025

okay actual drawing this time i promise why can't i remember to post more than like once a month 😭

142

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 21/02/2025

me opening this site to see i somehow have 50 followers now (i shall soon cultivate a mighty army)

152

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 19/02/2025

neco arc chaos my chainsmoking beloved

Neco Arc Chaos and his iconic crow summon.

072

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 29/01/2025

Mavi's the one axing the questions here! (i remembered how to draw)

A drawing of Mavi wearing her usual outfit- a yellow shirt, red skirt, red bandana, and her trusty evil crown. She smiles innocently, holding an axe behind her.

052

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

today's obsession is this stupid character doodle i made in ms paint

142

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 28/12/2024

been wanting to draw this specific meme with my characters for weeks now

163

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 22/12/2024

pissed about gifs not working, so here's an mp4 of my 3D Chief instead. If mp4 files don't work I might actually explode

152

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 21/12/2024

Was overcome with a sudden urge to completely revise an old Chief model I made. This was my whole day. I regret nothing!

A turntable animation of Chief, sitting idly and looking at something.

Chief running at a million miles per hour

252

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 17/12/2024

i present one of my stupid idiot creatures

030

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 23/11/2024

I totally burnt myself out, but I'm trying to get back into it now! :P Here's one of my critters. We might see more of him later... maybe.

A drawing of an individual with cat-like ears and eyes. He is dressed in primarily black, red, and white clothing, but his outfit is occasionally lined with gold, like the bell he wears around his neck. His poises his fist in the air and has a determined look on his face. The background is simple, conveying a wooded area at day, with one especially large tree partially in frame.

064

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 15/11/2024

I meant to make a silly little doodle of Mavi but I think I cooked a little too hard

A drawing of a girl wearing yellow and red clothes with a crown, wielding a simplified depiction of a chainsaw.

083

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 14/11/2024

This is Astu, my little mascot. I am accountable for all of his crimes

062

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 14/11/2024

I got a little carried away so here's more Delta and Nyuki. I think they shrunk in the wash though

062

Astusomething @astusomething.bsky.social · 14/11/2024

First post! I've wanted to make an account for a while now! I feel like this is the best direction I can take for myself as a doodler and character-haver. Anyway, here's Nyuki (angry cat woman) and Delta (joyous idiot fellow)! They blend like peanut butter and beef jerky.
