Proud dad moment. Laying in my sons bed with him after reading stories taught my soon to be six year old how to multiply. I really struggled with math as a kid so im showing him how i made it work eventually and made it easier on myself. So hes 5 and just figured out 6x60 on his own!

So i changed up my workout schedule and decided I was gunna do the same frank zane style split but throw in 2 days active recovery, so day one 4 km walk (ontop of whatever else walking/work i did) and a 6km one the next day. Been liking the results, and i feel less burned out.and 1-2k walk after gym
