We (Autistic ppl & ADHDers) tend to act like “Neurodivergent” only means “Autistic and/or ADHD” And that simply is not the case. Neurodivergent represents an entire spectrum of Neurotypes that aren’t the Neurotypical.

There's a fair amount of evidence that a lot of my physical disability is because of the build up of stress caused by not having my support needs met. Having support for my physical disability though, has made it much easier to get my other support needs met too. www.instagram.com/p/DWO5_swES6a

Hi, ASL interpreter of 30 yrs & a person w/ Deaf family here. In response to the anti-ASL horseshit going around: ASL and English are not the same language. ASL has no written form. Reading English subs is not = to seeing ASL & many Deaf ppl need sign to fully understand info.

Trying to actually time myself doing tasks to see how long they actually take vs how long adhd tells me they will be take. So far, it's been four minutes out of the ten minutes I predicted it would take me to pack my things up from hotel room and still sitting on couch...
