I ended up watching the first episode of the Suikoden Anime with @toastheaven.bsky.social!!! ♥️♥️♥️ I can understand the criticisms of the pacing people have, but also there's usually actual gameplay you have to go through between these plot beats lol.

Uh oh, I hope the reason I haven't watched the Suikoden anime yet is cuz there hasn't felt like a good time this evening to do so, and not that I'm subconsciously avoiding it cuz I'm self-conscious about how much I care about it. 🙃

Why do I keep getting my motivation to actually work on cosplay stuff at 10:30 at night 😐😐😐

I feel like there's a cohort of us who got on the internet before "social media" and made all sorts of healthy friendships through forums or livejournal or what have you and thus, while everyone's like SOCIAL MEDIA FUELS COMPARISON AND MISERY we're like, but that's just where my friends live.

I'm sorry if I get a bit venty here in the next few days. I've been silent about a lot of it out of respect for everyone's comfort but I think I just need to give myself the permission to be pathetic and whiny to let it out. Feel free to mute me for the rest of the week. 👍

So many little things that are knocking me down right now would be solved with money. And I'm so disheartened that my attempts to actually earn just a little bit more (trying to sell off my stuff) has gained me nothing. I know. I know that's just how it is these days. But that's not the point.

I did SO MUCH tidying and reorganizing today! Still some more things I want to get to though since it all accumulated after not doing any of it for like...a month lol. But between that and finishing the fiddly handsewing on Shoko yesterday I'm feeling very accomplished! 💪😤

There's social decisions that I owe myself to make but I also don't want to face the responsibility of any of it. I envy everyone who can make those choices easily and without guilt lol. Sometimes I wish people actually disliked me enough to cut ties first cuz I hate having to be the one to do it.

⚠️ Spoilers for JJK ⚠️ What I find so funny is in Modulo Japan is assigned the role of alien hosts, cuz thanks to Kenny giving away the knowledge of cursed energy to America in the post-JJK world everyone was basically like "okay well since you guys deal with Weird Shit already why not aliens too?"

Ash~✿ @asleepymeow.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

Yesss I'm so excited that JJK Modulo is getting its first volume release!!! I really enjoyed Modulo and its themes of immigration and facing xenophobia from people who initially welcomed you with open arms, and its themes of family and the complicated relationships therein. Also hot aliens!!!

In the most most playful and unserious way I am SO MAD that my top Witch Hat characters I want too cosplay keep getting snatched up by friends 😤 BECAUSE IT KEEPS PUSHING ME TO CONSIDER QIFREY AND I AM SO SELF CONSCIOUS THAT I'LL MAKE A BAD QIFREY CUZ I ACTUALLY CARE TOO MUCH ABOUT COSPLAYING HIM 😭
