Even though my grandparents and my parents weren't like that I was still raised around a lot of anti Catholic bias. There is all the social work and outreach that is done but then the fact...they are Catholic & "worship idols" (pray to saints) & christening is a sin...etc

Evangelicals really don't like Catholics. My great aunt was Southern Baptist, sons who were preachers, all Rush Limbaugh and Disney boycotts. She almost refused to go to her oldest grandchild's wedding bc it was in a Catholic Church. She finally did, which surprised me.

Happy #BlackHistoryMonth I used to work at an airport as an admin & my department head had a picture of Bessie Coleman on her wall. I ended up learning a lot about her. Coleman was the 1st American to get a pilot license directly from the Federation Aeronautique International.
