I think a lot of us grew up thinking that "good vs. evil" was something that only existed in cartoons, fairy tales, and galaxies far far away. Those super villains pale in comparison to what is happening now though, and we don't get to play pretend anymore.

Got permission from @mattbr.bsky.social to share this scene from the Sirenetta movie. So happy to see my character, the Witch's assistant fully animated! Loved working on this project with @tinysiren.com. If you're able to please consider donating to our kickstarter to help finish up this fun story.

I couldn't pass up a free excuse to draw @tinysiren.com's Nettie. I decided to draw her if she were more of a Pomegranate style mermaid, so I leaned more into the triggerfish inspiration of her tail. #SirenettaDTIYS

Illustration of a cartoon mermaid named Sirenetta.
She has pale skin, long green and pink hair, a blue fishtail with fins reminiscent of a triggerfish,
and she's wearing a blue conch shell necklace and a top with a blue wave pattern and a gold seashell on her left side.
She's holding up a blue scepter with a jewel underneath an open gold clam shell with a pearl inside.
