probably using Shift+R (Edit > Replace Color) with the "All" option might do the job (in next versions we'll add an "Apply" button along "OK/Cancel"):

Edit > Replace Color menu option with the "All" option to apply the color replacement to all layers/cels.

Would you prefer this HD icon by default? (both versions could be available as alternatives anyway) PS: It's a shame that we cannot have interactive icons for apps on Windows/macOS/Linux 😢
