Bullshit von der Polizeigewerkschaft. Rechtswidrige Weisungen dürfen nicht ausgeführt werden. Hier gibt's keine Blanko-Checks. § 63 Abs. 1 BBG: "Beamtinnen und Beamte tragen für die Rechtmäßigkeit ihrer dienstlichen Handlungen die volle persönliche Verantwortung."

Aus Sicht von Kritikern sind die Zurückweisungen nicht mit EU-Recht vereinbar. Der GdP-Vorsitzende Roßkopf betonte, sollten Gerichte irgendwann erklären, dass das Vorgehen rechtswidrig war, liege die Verantwortung alleine beim Bundesinnenministerium.
