Today I’m dealing with my biggest emotional pothole with POTS. #seewhatIdidthere Some days, I can do right. Get enough sleep, salt & h2o. Do my reconditioning workout and PT, my HRV breathwork. Eat the right things in the right amounts. Sit quietly when I get tired, or dizzy, or short of breath. /1

I finally figured out why I don’t enjoy #pentatonix. What their harmonies lack in creativity, they try to solve with sheer number of voices; and the result is this kind of hollow complexity that sounds pleasant, but deprives the songs of all their deeper layers of meaning. Sorry, y’all. I tried!

Today I have to deep clean my carpet ~again~ because my oldest cat is 16 and at this point the world is his litter box.
