I personally stopped really pursuing relationships years ago. I'm still open to dating but I stopped making it a big priority. Would I like to find a partner and settle down? Definitely. I just don't want to stress myself out trying to push for a relationship. Also, dating in your 30s is hard.

I feel it should be more okay to take the stance of "I'm going to wait until I have more information" before jumping to a conclusion. I often see people make a conclusion on something right away, on very limited information. It's okay to not make up your mind on something right away.

Last night I experimented with a change in my game scene. I had the game shrunk to a smaller window so nothing was blocked. While it looked nicer, I think I'm going back to keeping the game full screen behind me. I'm big on minimalism and I just feel that worked better for me in general.

Initial impressions of Silent Hill Townfall. I'm enjoying it quite a bit so far. I love the sound design and atmosphere. I'm also enjoying the gameplay quite a bit more than Silent Hill f, even though it's more stealth focused and I'm very bad at stealth in games.

The only reason I'm on Discord still is because 99% of my friends use it and nobody can settle on a single alternative platform. I don't feel like making multiple accounts on a bunch of Discord clones that hardly anyone actually uses.

Maybe it's just me but I feel like people are becoming more cliquey lately. I know cliques have and will always be a thing but I'm finding it harder and harder to hangout with some people anymore because they're always busy with other friend groups. I only really enjoy playing games like Big Walk, Peak, Repo, etc with friends privately. I have zero interest in playing those games on stream. I also had a couple bad collab experiences when I streamed years ago. Nothing against those people but I just felt like a third wheel and it was awkward.

I've been streaming for awhile now and one thing I noticed with streaming culture is the push to do a lot of collabs with other streamers. I'd like to attempt to do collabs every so often but my availability is very limited and honestly, I have zero interest in streaming most popular co-op games.

Update: I was denied a refund due to it being about 3 weeks since I bought the game. I figured that'd happen. I sent a follow up request asking for clarification since the game has zero mention of generative AI usage on their Steam page and I bought the game without knowing they used AI.

I'm very late to this but I just learned about it. I bought the game a few weeks ago as it seemed neat, though I never played it. I just requested a refund and listed the reason being the use of AI during development without disclosing it. Hopefully I can get a refund.
