Sooo update: I saw a neurologist and everything seems good?! I don't have POTS or other apparent Dysautonomia, and my MRIs don't show any signs of increased pressure. With all that ruled out, Fibromyalgia looks very likely. Also, need to get a GI workup as well.

Sooo, about not posting until I had some good news... I managed to get a dentist appointment today and they did a very thorough look through my mouth. I have 9 cavities, and they're gonna put me under and treat them all at once in a few months. I'm really happy 💖 it's not as bad as I thought!

Root canal didn't go well. They couldn't get it numb and my tooth anatomy was too complicated. They removed most of the nerve so it shouldn't hurt as much, but I'll need to be seen again in 2 weeks to finish it. I've got hella dietary restrictions again 😣 This shit feels hopeless

My tooth blew up really bad in pain last night, it's probably also gonna need a root canal. I never wanna go to the dentist ever again, I always leave in way more pain than when I go in. My mom is thinking that I might have some sort of tissue disorder, and I might need specialized dental care.

Tiny pet peeve — why do so many music tutorials label notes with numbers when you could easily just use the actual note letters. It wouldn't really impact the accessibility of the information, and it would help people subconscious learn some basic music theory
