"Stalker" Anomaly
Tall skinless humanoid wearing a cloak fashioned from human flesh. Appears mainly in urban settings. Displays above average intelligence based on habits and hunting behavior. Its body can shift and warp into unnatural shapes and create separate crude weapons from its own matter. Seems incapable of speech save for sharp dry cackles.

BEHAVIOR: Chooses one specific target from a group to isolate or someone that is alone. Makes no effort to hide its presence past a certain point, giving audio and visual cues only its target can perceive, moving in for the kill once they are at the height of their fear. Uses physiological "tools" if hunting resilient or crafty prey.

EXECUTION:

STRESS INFLICTED:
Shapeshift limbs, hardened bone darts, flesh-tearing bites (1): 4 stress, (2/3): 3 stress, (4+): 2 stress.
COMPLICATIONS/THREATS:

SPECIAL:
No Escape
The Stalker has an active target at all times, who takes +1 stress from its reactions. The target can be changed, but only once per scene.
Flay
As a threat on a (1) on the risk roll, the Stalker launches a flurry of precise cuts on its current target, if executed deal 3d2 stress, if this inflicts a second or third injury inflict instant death.

Took a concept of a drifter for CAIN and polished it up into this fella, the "Stalker" [ #CAINttrpg #Horror #ttrpg #Art ]

Wanted to see what drawing while standing felt like so I taped an A3 sheet to a wall and made this worm lady thing
