The Gundam Fighter for Neo Canada was Lumber Gundam, or Grizzly Gundam in the English Dub. He dual-wielded axes and had beef with Neo Russia's Gundam pilot. The action figure came with a chainsaw but I don't remember him using it in the show. And it looks like a teddy bear.
