www.youtube.com/watch?v=fhAI... Obsessed with this track Yamaha OPZ should have been used in at least arcade hardware of its day, it's a very capable chip with 2 LFOs, multiple op waveforms, and so much detune that i want to explore more! ^o^

Yeah historically though this game is kind of a cult classic, it was a late Famicom release and it didn't do well when it launched mostly for the fact press of the time criticized it for being deceptively cute for how difficult it is (it could easily pass as a beloved indie game today!)

I've been playing daytona on the saturn way more than i thought i would be, to the point where i may as well be hearing "TIME EXTENSION!" and "TRY TO TAKE IT EASY ON THE CAR!" in my sleep

A lot of people are saying it sounds quite natural, and over the phone I've had people say they didn't even know I was trans lol, stuff like that is such a huge confidence booster too So TL:DR, just raise that larnyx girlie you got this <3

When I first started voice training, i never bothered with the tutorials. Instead, i went in blindly and modeled my voice after Rei Ayanami's english dub voice a little bit, monotone but distinctly feminine in characteristic And do get a fair bit of compliments about my voice too! ^-^

i would genuinely kill for her to compose a CD quality soundtrack like Pilotwings/SMK/SimCity

i love soyo okas music so much i think she should compose for a new game using old rompler synths. her style resonates with me mainly for her distinct use of crunch chords she's such a queen

if i can just say it: daytona usa on saturn is really not that bad for a home release of an arcade game and doesn't deserve the status it has. obviously the tech in the model 2 boardsets wasn't nearly ready for the home yet but for what AM2 had to work with, i respect it for beyond what its worth

First you draw a circle... And then you launch the devouring swarm of one at high speed in a pinball table. One of the GB games that really benefits from getting the SGB treatment. 'tis a bit hard to see the ball in motion on the DMG screen. 📺: Kirby's Pinball Land, HAL Laboratory, 1993

This was a fun repair, but I got it working! Macintosh Classic II. Needed a DFAC, an EGRET and 2 patch wires. Took me an embarrassingly long time to figure out, swapping between 3 DFACs.

The real downside of AI no one talks about is just how much more websites ask you if you're not a robot and how impossible captchas have gotten over the years. The internet is so fucking dead that companies don't have any better way to determine who is actually a human and who is a bot
