RPI deficiency only affects 3 people on 🌏. A patient may have mysterious symptoms, because of its rarity it’s likely #TheyDontKnowBoutUs . Reaching # 1 on charts isn’t rare for BTS but RPI deficiency (🌏 rarest disease) probably won’t reach the top of a patients chart.
