We do all of this a few times and then we finally generate the final set of transcript consensus sequences. How fast is it? Running on 128 threads. S-reads vs wall-time vs RAM: 32M, 1h, 50GB 64M, 2h, 70GB 128M, 6h, 128GB 256M, 12h, 317GB 512M, 1d15h, 964GB

This approach also allows me to compute similarity between two sketches really fast. Much faster than just comparing minimizers. This is what I call coarse clustering, but I still need to avoid N^2 comparisons.

Can't wait for the Mac Studio M4 Ultra. Running all those LLMs locally on 64GB is great, but I'm hitting its ceiling. Compiling x86 in a container makes the M1 sweat.
