Fair points but I have 2 responses : 1/ given the timeline for building the political support for expansion, is it unreasonable to start advocacy now? 2/ what if the only way to get ANY reform is to maximize the ask? 000 0

Susan Collins delivered millions in taxpayer dollars for a corrupt donor bankrolling her campaign, & then Donald Trump helped her cover it up. No wonder she voted with him 96% of the time & has rubberstamped his agenda to hurt Maine.” 321482522 0

armandondk.bsky.social @armandondk.bsky.social · 21/09/2026They seem to be saying that because they are ordering the district court to enter a preliminary injunction (which no one asked for on appeal because it's ridiculous) it's not subject to the stay. 240 0

armandondk.bsky.social @armandondk.bsky.social · 10/09/2026This is not how the Purcell Principle works nor is it descriptive of how SCOTUS has behaved (they have stayed federal rulings an umber of times on election eve.) Purcell applies to federal court intervention, not state court actions. Purcell cuts 1 way- staying the federal TRO. 020 0
armandondk.bsky.social @armandondk.bsky.social · 10/09/2026Can we all agree that if SCOTUS abandons all principle (Purcell included) and doesn't issue a stay, that is conclusive evidence SCOTUS is completely corrupt and deserves no respect in any form? 281 0
