New to Peru, I quickly learned that extortion is rampant here. I wrote EL PAGO after my barber told me his story about giving up his shop and going into hiding rather than paying up. EL PAGO is about the Quispe family and how they respond when their livelihood is threatened. #Screenpit #Sho
