A 4 panels depicting Biwa Hayahide from Umamusume: Pretty Derby in the first panel Biwa says "It appears I need new glasses", the second panels has her on the optometrist checking her vision looking as a plush with a voice out of panel saying "Do you see the image clearly?" and panel 3 has an image of what usually is an air balloon on these type of exams but instead it has a giant carrot and the fourth panel has Biwa saying "Big carrot..."
