I hate how blind the sun can make me. Almost missed my ride to therapy because I was squinting at all the light colored cars to see if they had text on the side. Blue text on a white vehicle in the sun, can't see shit. Doesn't help that they have tinted windshields.

Getting sick and tired of not being able to sleep when I want to. I'm probably avoiding something (anxiety most likely but I wish I knew for what) I just wish it didn't team up with my heat intolerance because it makes it impossible to do things during the day since I'll be sleeping
