Same here! Snowboard gloves, wrist guards and boots, and the work-shoes! Scuba divers have even saved lots of $ in weight by drying their gear before flying home!

Very handy dryers you can power with a simple USB battery. I have used the gloves one for not only my gloves, but my work shoes (which regularly got soaked!). Saved me from a lot of moldy nastiness.

I'll try it! I find the playa leaves the fur kinda soft after anyhow. The car will get the citric spray today, and all the electronics. It's wild how quickly things will corrode.

8 burns now as donkey, previous 6 as a dog! Playa cleans off with regular laundy detergent, head gets the bissle. Fursuits at burningman are super fun and I encourage anyone to try!

My slow process: hours in unseen details to add years of life to your wearable art. Pretrim, sew, pick the seam, overlock, repeat. 🫶

serged seam of fur. Traps the seam allowance for a soft feel, and adds two more rows of stitching for strength to stretchy matterial.

I do say! My supplier started making the 120mm in a ball bearing variety. :D Power draw is the same, more effecient, more cfm by feel. I should make a test chamber to get actual values.
