My slow process: hours in unseen details to add years of life to your wearable art. Pretrim, sew, pick the seam, overlock, repeat. 🫶

serged seam of fur. Traps the seam allowance for a soft feel, and adds two more rows of stitching for strength to stretchy matterial.

Custom head bust for a lovely fit. Headliner glued in. Q30 foam for a long lasting, yet soft base. Letting it rest in the fume-hood!

A foam fursuit head in the very first stage, seen resting on its side under a fume hood. The bust has been removed and the liner can be seen loose at the neck. The primitive foam shapes have been glued to the liner and await carving and sculpting! ( a favorite step in the process )
