Depends on the community you invite in and the rules you set. it's not frequent that problems come up, but if something feels off, no shame in tossing an individual right away. Just make sure you got whatever rules you set as clear as possible so that they can't complain about not understanding.

Personally I like 1 more because I love that wine red. But if we want to go with purpose, 1 will pull your attention to the chest and face because it's a much brighter color than the red, while 2 will pull your eyes to the antlers and eyes because our eyes are naturally drawn towards red and orange

Matter of preference. Some will do an under painting in a monocrhome palette and add color on top, while others will do flat colors and layer the shading on top with multiply or screen layers as an example. No concrete right way
