I think being at a party with alcohol & drugs would be a different setting than your grandparents bathroom/shower. I think plenty of men & women have sex on their mind in one of those settings, even if they don't intend or expect it to happen. But if the right person & opportunity, prob not grandpa

Is that what defense lawyers & juries learn? There are consequences other than just legal. Maybe the rapist didnt rape before but just did now for the first... and only time. Should face legal consequences, doesnt mean they are Rapist as a career. I'd prefer not to get drunk & find the rapist.

Who initiated it? The one who got black out high/drunk & naked or the one who got high/drunk ....& naked? There are consequences other than legal in life. Denial of the power of alcohol & drugs is a problem legal or not. Plenty of AA meetings discussing such situations.

It was, but the 1800s southern Dixiecrats have none of the same policies as modern Democrats; they were about "state rights." That switch happened around 1890-1910 with Teddy Roosevelt & economics (monopolies etc). Lincoln's GOP fought for federalism & more reflects modern Dems.
