Your works "feel real" because they are believable. Doesn't stretch the suspension of disbelief.

It's Hot Toys, they usually sell them internationally. It probably is selling in Japan first before the rest of Asia, then the world.

I don't think you have low standards. You have realistic expectation. Unfortunately, the most vocal bunch has the same unrealistic expectation for everything to be realistic using the latest tech.

The changes looks great out of contexts and I think that's what they were going for. Make bits and pieces that would be great in shorts and promo clips, disregarding the thematic tone and narrative as a whole.

Cyberpunk and Spiderman are the only ones that make sense because of how shiny and glossy everything is.

I'm saying this as someone who likes raytracing, 80% of games don't need it since there are already more efficient ways to fake global illumination. Of the remaining 20%, half can get away with selectively using raytracing in selected scenes with high reflective materials.

Taking over one faction or becoming their own political power mean cutting of one or more revenue source. When you have all the money, you have all the power? Why give up money?

The illusion of choice. The first option doesn't exists.

I've only seen ship posting of players treating the game more like a building block game. Nothing else.

I hate it too! Like either make something procedural/sitcom or make a fully enclosed story with beginning, middle, and endings. Cliff hangers and hoping the series would get renew to get paid off is tiring.

Tourists not realizing female characters sells the most merch. What's next, they'll complain about a series made King Arthur into a girl, a game turned legendary male racehorses into women, or an anime with bunch of girls driving WW2 tanks instead of men?

On a few occasions, after playing the free base games on Epic and I wanted to get the DLC, I'd wait for the game to go on sale on Steam to buy the base game with the DLCs. Content management and community features are so much easier to use on Steam and load so much faster too.

Yes! The original Yellowstone is so chunky. Your version is actually more so, but it feels so much more well balanced. There is now a modularity vibe from the old Danube class that the original Yellowstone was missing.
