NEW Ceramic vessels from Early Modern Slovenia, used in the production of mercury. Examination of the pottery finds mercury production matched how it was described in Agricola's De re metallica, published in 1556, shedding light on this early industry. 🆓 doi.org/10.15184/aqy... 🏺 #Archaeology
