I am beyond honored to have been given the chance to illustrate the covers for T. Kingfisher’s "The Saint of Steel" series. This was one of the most complex yet exciting projects I’ve worked on so far, and I’m so happy that it’s finally revealed!

One Last Ride ✨ My illustration painted during @abigbat.bsky.social’s mentorship.

Illustration of a knight and a pegasus, behind them a blue sky with golden sunset clouds.
The knight is wearing shining, ceremonial armour in silver, blue and gold. In one hand he holds his helmet, the other hand is stroking the nose of the pegasus. The knight’s head rests delicately on the horse’s, in a gesture of delicate friendship. The pegasus is raising one of his wings to hug the knight in return of the gesture.

A ranger and her jackalope friend~ Did this piece under mentorship of @abigbat.bsky.social ! It was a load of fun and I leveled up my skills >:) -- #art #oc

Digital art of a ranger and a giant jackalope equipped with a saddle and bags. The ranger is wearing a white cowboy hat, a red serape, and dusty mauve cowboy boots. She is down on one knee, examining a broken feather as she looks off in the direction of her quarry. It is midday - the colours are vivid and warm, conveying the heat and aridness.

My first completed illustration of the year is a follow up to one of my most popular illustrations (linked below). This new one is titled "Fealty." 😁

We peer through ornate curtains at a king kneeling before a man in armor who stands before him. The king gazes up at the knight and is in the process of shrugging out of his ornate robes, which trail behind him. The knight cradles the king's face in one hand, and the king has a hand on the knight's armored leg.

✨ Show me how you draw men ✨ uh. beefy, vulnerable and/or yearning, apparently! 😅

A large ocean wave is about to overtake a bedraggled man in a weathered rowboat. He looks distressed about this, knowing he's not going to be able to get clear of the wave in time.

A mermaid possessively embraces a man she's pulled under water in a pond; he doesn't appear to be struggling against her very much.

A man in a cloak and tabard sits on rock by the ocean, looking longingly out in the distance as waves crash around him.

so I watched the latest Starkid musical, Cinderella's Castle!! had to draw a ton of fanart for it because it had this major 90s-animated-fantasy-movie-don-bluth-nightmare-fuel vibe which I had to do my best to capture you can watch it this halloween week btw!! 🎃

illustrations from the Starkid musical stageplay, Cinderella's Castle. Ella, the titular character, a young black girl with a shabby green and beige dress, caked in ash and dirt. She sings like a disney princess, of course

illustrations from the Starkid musical stageplay, Cinderella's Castle. Ella's friends, a walking, talking toad knight in shining copper armour, made from the pots and pans she was told to cook him in, and his little squire- a tiny house mouse with a scrap of red fabric as a cape

illustrations from the Starkid musical stageplay, Cinderella's Castle. Ella's evil stepmother, a troll that wears the cobbled-together stolen skins of fair maidens to look like one, has a full figured purple outfit and a bright red "bob" haircut with a white streak, garrish makeup and red painted "claws". Ella holds a mirror up while she admires her true reflection, that of a gross troll monster.

illustrations from the Starkid musical stageplay, Cinderella's Castle. The charismatic tricky narrator of the story, a wandering bard character somewhere between Peter Pan and Jareth from the Labyrinth, with wild hair and a chizeled jaw and an extremely open shirt lol
