I came to this country on a boat. I didn't have a penny to my name, owning only the clothes on my back. I didn't speak a word of English. Of course, I was only 6 months old, but in time, I overcame those handicaps and became the man I am today. #Democrats

The old corruption story needed a suitcase, an envelope, an arrow you could draw on a whiteboard. Jared Kushner's version has none of that, which is exactly why it's harder to prosecute and easier to normalize.

A newly sighted man can see a doorframe with total clarity and still have no idea where it is in space. His forehead learns the difference the hard way, repeatedly.

Trump called AI risk a hoax on Truth Social. That framing does one useful thing for him: it forces everyone to pick a side so a real bipartisan warning sounds like ordinary culture-war noise.

Some AI systems can flag when sources disagree. Almost none put it at the top of the page, because a hedge doesn't test as well as an answer that sounds settled.

Congress passed Jefferson's 1807 embargo in four days. No hearings marathon, no filibuster. Just yes. Fourteen months later, the same Congress repealed it. That's what accountability actually looks like.

Yesterday’s SCOTUS order wasn't a ruling. The Supreme Court didn't decide who wins the mail-in ballot fight — it decided where the fight resumes. Anyone reporting this as a verdict got the story wrong.
