Been seeing a couple posts about this, in short this option activates an MCP server that exposes certain functions of your NVIDIA app to LLM agents like Claude/Gemini/ChatGPT you authorize. If you don't ever interact with AI agents you'll never use this, but shipping this ON by default is weird!

PSA: The latest NVIDIA App update adds a Default-ON option that allows AI Agents to control the app... Might want to turn it off.. Even aside from being lame AI features, that feels like making security even worse by defaulting it ON.

Btw if you have an Nvidia card, check your GeForce app. They added a new slop setting that gives AI agents access to and control over your settings which on top of being stupid is potentially a security risk. Turn it off ASAP.
